Shenga Holige is a traditional dish from Karnataka, prepared during sankranti festival,can be enjoyed throughout year.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead soft dough using wheat flour,salt,oil and water,cover and keep aside.
* Step 2
Grind coarsely roasted groundnut, sesame seeds to that add jagarry and cardmum nutmeg powder grind it to mix all ingredients stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Now take portion of dough flatten it place enough stuffing cover it and roll light handed you can stuff the stuffing by rolling paratha place stuffing in middle and cover by joining the sides in middle take out excess dough press the ball lightly to spread the stuffing and roll it lightly as thin as possible.
* Step 4
Now roast the paratha both sides appling oil.
