Easy to prepare flaxseed chutney powder and preferred to consume in winter days and having many health benefits,good way to include omega
rich seeds in your diet.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove small stones,sticks from seeds and roast them on low flame till the sound of poping, off the flame and cool it.
* Step 2
Transfer to a mixi jar add cloves, curry leaves, coconut,salt and chilly powder and grind it.
* Step 3
Flax seed chutney powder is ready can be served with roti/rice/paratha/dosa/idli/chapati /sprinkle on salads and with curd.
