Haldi ka achar is simple and healthy recipe, soothing taste of fresh haldi and amba haldi makes for a great pickle.
Fresh turmeric is packed with medicinal properties , consumption of raw turmeric boosts metabolism and manages digestive disorders,it is anti inflammatory,relives pain and it boosts immunity.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast lightly methi seeds, mustard seed dal, fennel seeds cool it little grind to powder along with chilly powders.
* Step 2
Wash,dry turmeric and amba hald roots peel and grate it.
* Step 3
Squeeze juice from lemon and remove seeds.
* Step 4
Heat oil cool it little add kalonji seeds and 1/2sp hing, keep aside till needed.
* Step 5
Transfer the grated turmeric and amba halad to abowl add salt powdered masala remaining hing, lemon juice and oil combine all ingredients well. Cover and keep it for 4hours.
