Bhajani chakli

#FM #W3 Bhajni chakli important part of deepavali celebration festival is incomplete without these delightfully scrumptious spirals.

Ingredient

5 cups

rice

2 cups

chanadal

1 cup

moong dal

1/2 cup

urad dal

1/2 cup

saboodana

1/2 cup

poha jada

2 TBS

jeera

2 spoon

oil

1 tsp

hing

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For bhajni wash rice,chandal,moong dal,uraddal,seperately for 3,4times spread on clean cloth and let it dry for aday and night,next roast seperately and reast coriander seeds,jeera, sabudana,poha let it cool and grind it in chakki or using mixi jar (seive it). Bhajni flour is ready.

Now in a kadai boil a cup of water add oil, chilli powder,salt and bhajni mix it cover keep for 10min. Then add sesame seeds,carom seeds, and hing mix and knead it well.

Take portion of dough grease chakli mould fill with dough.

* Step 4

Press chakli, heat oil add drop chakli carefully and fry till crisp on medium heat.

* Step 5

Bhajni chakli ready for the festival.
