Bitter gourd pachadi

Pachadi is a traditional Kerala dish usually served as side dish for meals, is generally made using fruits and vegetables.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut bitter gourd remove seeds and cut into small pieces, marinate with salt, and turmeric powder keep aside for 20min.
* Step 2
After 20min squeeze water from bitter gourd and rinse it well, heat oil in a pan add bitter gourd, and fry till golden. Add chilli paste, and ginger paste.
* Step 3
In mixi jar add coconut grated, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and a spoon curd blend to smooth.
* Step 4
Add the paste to bitter gourd add salt and curd mix it well, and prepare tadka with coconut oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red chilli add to prepared pachadi.
* Step 5
Serve with rice and rasam.
