Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop all vegetables finely
* Step 2
Boil water adds salt, oil, and noodles, and cook according to the package instructions, drain the noodles and rinse noodles with fresh water add oil coat evenly to stop the stickiness.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a Kadai add chopped ginger, garlic, and red chilies, and saute for a while then add veggies one by one add carrots, french beans, spring onion, and cabbage stir fry on medium to high flame don't overcook.
* Step 4
Add soya sauce, noodles, and salt and pepper toss noodles, and stir fry for a minute or two.
* Step 5
Add vinegar toss and stir fry again.
* Step 6
Hakka Noodles is ready to enjoy/serve with Manchurian.
