Kucchida kadabu is specially prepared during Ganesh Chaturthi in Karnataka

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak dal for 4 hours and pressure cook it till soft, separate the water collect chana dal transfer to a bowl add jaggery mix it well and cook the mix till it thickens and add spoon ghee, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder,dry fruits powder mix it stuffing is ready.
* Step 2
Prepare medium soft dough to add salt, oil and water,cover keep it aside for few minutes.
* Step 3
Take a small portion of dough roll it poori size place stuffing and fold halfway like kadabu, prepare all kadabu like this.
* Step 4
Heat steamer places the kadabu in a plate /channi and steam for 7,10min.
* Step 5
Kucchid kadabu is ready, top with ghee offer to Ganapati Bappa, and enjoy.
