Uppu Seedai

#JSC Uppu Seedai is specially prepared during Krishna Janmashtami,it is made both sweet and savory.

Ingredient

1,1/2 tsp

butter

3/4 cup

coconut milk

as per requirement

Salt to taste

as per requirement

Groundnut oil to fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast rice flour lightly to dry out moisture.

* Step 2

Melt butter add coconut milk when it's warm off the flame,add this to rice flour,roasted chanadal powder,salt,jeera mixture and mix it to chapati dough consistency.

* Step 3

Make small balls of it,heat oil to hot and drop balls and fry it golden on medium heat,keep spoon running in between to fry evevnly.

* Step 4

Take out and cool it and keep in air tight container for later use or enjoy freshly.
