Rava Milk Cake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee add rava and roast till nice aroma (don't change in colour) when it becomes full roasted leaves ghee turn off the flame. Cool it for 2,3min.
* Step 2
Add milk powder and mix it well.Make sugar syrup melting sugar and cook till sticky consistency,add cardmum powder.
* Step 3
Add syrup to rava and cook for 5min. Starts leaving kadai,and it forms a soft ball.
* Step 4
Now add 2sp ghee and stir it on high flame till it changes colour,now pour in lined greased mould.
* Step 5
Cover with lid and cover it with towel for 2hours. Remove from mould and cut in pieces.
