Tri Colour Chivda
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil and fry poha,peanuts, chanadal
* Step 2
Fry potato Salli, coriander leaves,green chillies and curry leaves.
* Step 3
For green chivda,grind 3/4of curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, pudina powder to powder.
* Step 4
Take one portion of fried poha add prepared powder,part of fried peanuts,curry leaves, chanadal salt,sugar,jeera powder,chat masala and mix it well green chivda is ready.
* Step 5
Prepare tadka with oil chilli powder, red chilli powder.
Take one portion of poha add salt,sugar, prepared tadaka, part of peanuts and hing mix it well saffron colour chivda is ready
* Step 6
For white chivda take last portion of fried chivda add salt,sugar, amchoor powder, fried potato salli and some oil mix well and white chivda is ready.
* Step 7
Tri colour chivda ready to serve/enjoy.
