Ingredient

Cooking time :

15 miniutes
1 and 1/2cup

all-purpose flour

3 spoons

ghee

1/2 cup

sugar powder

2 spoons

raisins

2 spoons

poppy seeds

As Per Required

Oil to fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add all-purpose flour to a bowl add ghee and mix it then knead semi-soft dough adding enough water, keep aside for 15min.

* Step 2

For filling roast lightly poppy seeds, coconut powder add chopped almonds, chopped cashews off the flame then add raisins, sugar powder, dry fruits powder mix all well.

* Step 3

Make small balls, roll them then cut circle with the lid of ur choice, fill the stuffing water the edges and fold press the edges well and make the design (see pic), make all gujiya s ready.

* Step 4

Heat oil and fry gujiyaa to golden on medium to sim flame.

* Step 5

Gujiyas are ready to enjoy.
