Kalakand is heavenly Indian sweet, a sort of granueld milk fudge prepared during festivals, celebrations.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare carrot preparation by cooking 1grated carrot and 2sp sugar till thick consistency,do same with tomato preparation,kiwi preparation.
* Step 2
To pan add crumbled paneer,khoya,sugar and milk and cook till moisture dries and becomes dough consistency add dry fruits powder mix it well.
* Step 3
Now divide the prepared kalakand in five portions add carrot, tomato,kiwi,kesar water(dropbydrop) keep on plain,shape in rounds or as per your choice set in frizer for 30min or till sets firm.
* Step 4
Kalakand is ready to serve.
