Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the beetroot peel and chop in cubes,chop onion too.

* Step 2

Heat oil add chana dal,urad dal, mustard seeds curry leaves,red chilli saute for a while,then add onions chilli paste fry for a while.

* Step 3

Add chopped beetroot give it a good mix,add chana powder,salt mix again add coconut grated and coriander leaves and serve with roti and rice.
