Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For bhajni roast rice, and dals to golden on low flame,roast lightly coriander seeds,cumin seeds, sesame seeds add to roasted dals cool it grind it to not fine powder with chilli powder,turmeric powder.
* Step 2
Take bhajni in mixing bowl add sesame seeds,ajwain,salt, chilli powder,hot mix it,add warm water to make soft dough.
* Step 3
Grease chakli mould fill with enough chakli dough,make spirals.
* Step 4
Heat oil fry spirals till golden crisp on low flame,bhajni chakli ready to munch.
