Healthy ragi churma, healthy twist to traditional one.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In bowl mix ragi flour,salt and make dough,and flatten it and roast on hot tawa adding ghee on both sides.

Make pieces of ragi riti and grind in mixer.

* Step 3

Heat ghee fry roast dry fruits to golden take on a plate, add jagarry to it and melt add coconut powder,cardmom powder turn off flame add prepared ragi powder and mix it well.

Shape in laddus and ready to taste.
