Paneer Tikka Masala

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add marination ingredients and mix well. Add all veg cubes and paneer cubes mix well to coat all, keep in the fridge for 15 mins.
* Step 2
In Kadai add oil then chopped onion and saute it till turns slightly brown add salt then ginger garlic paste saute add chopped tomatoes cook till soft. Grind this after cool with little water.
* Step 3
Now to make tikkas arrange veggies and paneer to skewers and cook on direct flame, or in oil make ready all tikkas like this.
* Step 4
Heat ghee and oil in Kadai add cardamom crushed add onion paste and cook for some time then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper, and garam masala mix all well together add remaining tikka marination masala and cook it add little water to it.
* Step 7
Now add prepared tikkas and mix serve with roti.
