Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add all flours, turmeric Powder, chilly powder,salt.
* Step 2
Then add pudina powder,mixed herbs,and grated lauki,onion,2spoil.
* Step 3
Mix all ingredients and make soft dough and make rolls.
* Step 4
Steam the rolls for 10min. And cut into pieces.
* Step 5
Heat remaining oil add jeera and til add pieces of muthiya and roast for a while and serve topped with coconut and corriander leaves.
