Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak urad dal,wash and blanch palak and grind coarsely with chopped onion.
* Step 2
In mixing bowl add wheat flour and palak paste and masala ginger paste,hing, salt and knead dough cover and keep aside.
* Step 3
Take poori dough make balls and roll puries.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry till golden and serve with bhaji or pickles.
