Rice ball kheer
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil 3/4cup water adding sugar and little ghee.
* Step 2
Add rice flour and give a nice mix then add venila essence.
* Step 3
Now boil milk and let it boil for a while.
* Step 4
Now take out rice miture and mix well and make small balls out of it.
* Step 5
Add balls to boiling milk when balls float then add cardmom powder and dry fruits and serve.
