Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add rice lightly mash with hand.
* Step 2
To this add salt,sugar and milk mix it well keep aside.
* Step 3
Now for tempering heat oil and fry dried chillies.In the remaining oil add mustard seeds when it crackles add hing,curry leaves turn off gas.
* Step 4
Now add the tempering to rice mixture and mix it well.
* Step 5
Add curd, coriander leaves to rice and mix well and serve.
