Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean potatoes cut into wedges shapes and half boil in salted water.
* Step 2
Mix maida, cornflour, rice flour, salt, mix herbs, chilli flakes and coriander leaves add enough water to make little thicker than dosa batter.
* Step 3
Heat oil in kadhai dip potato pieces into the batter and deep fry till golden crisp and serve with sauce and dip and enjoy.
