Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add Jowar atta besan rava salt sugar curd jeera powder lemon juice oil mix them make dosa batter like consistency keep it for 5min
* Step 2
Then keep ready steamer add eno to the batter mix it throughly
* Step 3
Steam it 10-12min and dhokla is ready
* Step 4
For tempering heat oil add rai jeera hing curry leaves green chilly spread the tadaka on dhokla and serve with sauce and chatney
