Easy Chicken & Rice
Need something filling but not heavy? Whenever someone in my family is a little under the weather, this is what they ask for. #GlobalApron2024

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place chicken and broth in boiler, bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes then reduce heat to simmer until chicken will pull from the bone.
* Step 2
Bring broth back to a boil stir in rice. Reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can cook all the broth out or leave it “brothy”. My bunch prefers it brothy.
