Fresh Avocado Salad

The tomatoes and jalapeño peppers are fresh from our garden! This makes a great summer salad.

Ingredient

2-3 Servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes
1/4 cup

cilantro

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice the avocados into bite size pieces and place in a bowl

* Step 2

Dice the tomato and add to the bowl

* Step 3

Dice the onion and jalapeño and add to the bowl

* Step 4

Tear up the cilantro into small pieces and add to the bowl

* Step 5

Add the lime juice, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
