Plum chan chicken wings
An experimental pan fry chicken recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare a pot of boiling water. Boil the chicken wings for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Remove the cooked chicken wings.
* Step 3
Add light soya sauce, oyster sauce, plum sauce and white pepper powder.
* Step 4
Mix the sauces with the cooked chicken wings and leave aside for about 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Heat up about 5 tablespoons of cooking oil in the frying pan with low-medium heat. Pan fry the chicken wings evenly both sides. Tip: Use air fryer if you don't want to pan fry.
* Step 6
Garnish with black sesame. Ready to serve.
