Double spinach soup
Two spinach in one soup. With the overpowering unami from anchovies and garlic, this is a perfect soup for everyday consumption. Best served on a bowl of piping hot white rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse the spinach with clean water.
* Step 2
Pluck the leaves for use. Stalk is not needed for soup version unless for stir fry recipe.
* Step 3
Rinse the dry anchovies. Remove moisture with kitchen tissue.
* Step 4
Peel and chop garlic finely.
* Step 5
Heat frying pan with medium heat. Add cooking oil. Fry the anchovies till aromatic.
* Step 6
Then add the chop garlic and fry till aromatic.
* Step 8
Add hot water to cover the leaves. Add white pepper powder, light soya sauce and MSG. Leave it to boil for 2 minutes.
