Chorizo rice
Just a simple side dish that packs a lot of flavor. You can add chicken or sausages to make it a meal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a hot pan, start cooking your chorizo.
* Step 2
Half way through, add your onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes
* Step 3
Add in your rice, seasoning and just coat the rice in all that chorizo grease.
* Step 4
I use a rice cooker for efficiency. Add the rice into your rice cooker and cover with enough water until it's at the first line of your finger. Hit the cook button.
* Step 5
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
