Chicken Curry Rice

Ingredient

washed rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.

* Step 2

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened and translucent.

* Step 3

* Step 4

Pour the washed rice and stir together.

* Step 5

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.

* Step 6

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the curry simmer for about 30 minutes or until the rice cook.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
