Pea Stew and Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add a bit of olive oil to the pot with the tomato paste and salt pepper and garlic.
* Step 2
Fry onions on the side till translucent.
* Step 3
Once the tomato paste is heated add the peas and carrots (usually prepared with beef meat cubes but optional)
* Step 4
Once the mixture is boiled put it on low till the peas and carrots are smooth to taste.
* Step 5
Add some lemon once done.
