Cocoa Fudge

Ingredient

2/3 cup

cocoa

3 cups

sugar

1 1/2 cup

milk

1/8 tsp

salt

4 1/2 T

butter

1 tsp

vanilla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine cocoa with sugar and salt

* Step 2

Add milk

* Step 3

Bring to boil, stirring frequently

* Step 4

Cook to 232F or until soft ball in water

* Step 5

Remove from heat

* Step 6

Drop in butter

* Step 7

Cool till Luke warm (110F)

* Step 8

Add vanilla and beat till mixture thickens

* Step 9

Pour into buttered pan and cut into small squares
