Pumpkin Pie

Great Grandma Jessie’s recipe. She was the best baker.

Ingredient

1 can

pet milk

1/2 teaspoon

salt

2 Tablespoon

butter

1 Tablespoon

cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon

ginger

Dash

nutmeg

Dash

cloves

1/2 Teaspoon

all spice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine and place over heat till butter melts.

* Step 2

Bake at 500 F for 5 minutes.

* Step 3

Reduce heat to 325 F till Pie sets. Cover edge of crust with aluminum foil or crusty ring.

* Step 4

For 2 pies, use 3 eggs.
