Ingredient

1/4 kg

beef bacon / beef stripes

2 tbsp

butter

1-2

meduim size white onion

medium size bell pepper (green)

2-3 cups

cooking cream

1 cup

grated cheese / parmesan

small cans evaporated milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, cook beef bacon with butter for a minute, then add onion ang bell pepper.. let simmer for 3-4 minutes.

* Step 2

Add evap milk and cooking cream, let it simmer.

* Step 3

Add cheese and dried basil.
