Ingredient

1/3 cup

sugar

2 1/2 tsp

instant yeast

2 tsp

salt

1/3 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl a shift.. then add wet ingredients. transfer in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. let it rise and double dough in size.

* Step 2

Cut dough in half.. roll dough to make a log then cut into small piece.. flatten the pieces.. brush with melted butte and lined with grated cheese.. roll and close both ends.. place in baking pan with inch apart.

* Step 3

Let it stand for another 20 minutes.. at the same time, preheat oven to 300.

* Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes. brush with butter, dip in sugar and garnish with grated cheese.
