Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients. Whisk gently until a smooth batter forms (some lumps are okay).

* Step 2

Grease a hot pan

* Step 3

Pour batter into 6" pancakes, flip once edges puff up
