Chickpeas & pork soup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Leave chickpeas 12 hour in water. Cook them in boiling water for 2 hours

* Step 2

Chop the onion,put it in a saucepan with 30 gr of butter and fry for 5 minutes

* Step 3

Drain chickpeas and put them together with the sofritto in a pot with 1 liter of boiling broth,then put ribs and peeled potato. Season with salt

* Step 4

The soup will be ready in 20 minutes. Mash potato to thicken,sprinkle with pepper and serve with croutons
