Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Brown the chicken thighs in a pan with a sautè (sofritto) of oil butter chopped onion an rosemary

* Step 2

Let it cook for a few minutes,then sprinkle it with wine and let the alcohol evaporate

* Step 3

At this point add tomatoes,bay leaves, cloves,salt and pepper

* Step 4

Cook over low heat for half an hour,occasionally pouring a ladle of broth and so that it does not stick to the bottom

* Step 5

Serve hot with a big slice of soft polenta
