I just love this sauce. It is versatile on any meat. Currently I am making chicken kabobs with it. I took a basic recipe from. Bon appetit and swapped out some flavors. This can stretch out, or marinate or use as a sauce. So flexible.
Ingredient
3/4 cup
olive oil
1/2 cup
to 3/4 cup flat leaf parsley
1 teaspoon
salt
1/4 cup
red wine vinegar
2-3 cloves
garlic chopped
2 Tablespoons
chopped red onion
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add to a blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth
* Step 2
Taste and adjust to your preference.
