Pumpkin fry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut pupmkin, cut out skin, scoop out the seeds and other, clean and wash
* Step 2
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes
* Step 3
Grind Coconut, green chilli, garlic with turmeric powder coarsely
* Step 4
Cut onion into thin slices, chop red chillies and keep
* Step 5
Add oil in a pan, splutter mustard, add curry leaves, onion, red chilli and fry for awhile, add ground masala, stir few minutes,
* Step 6
Add pumpkin pieces, mix everything, add 1/4 cup of water, cover and simmer in low flame until pupmkin become soft (not too soft)
* Step 7
Remove the pan, serve with sambar rice and papads
