Mauritius omelette breakfast recipe

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat egg with salt until frothy and keep
* Step 2
Keep a pan, add 1tbs oil, add onion, stir until soft, now add potato, stir, sprinkle some water cover and cook in low flame for 10 min, stir often
* Step 3
Now add capsicum, mint leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli flakes, stir 5 min
* Step 4
Now add chopped ham, combine well.
* Step 5
Once cool, add the mix with beaten egg, add chilli powder, bread pieces, mix well
* Step 6
Keep a pan,add remaining oil, spread half of the mixer, and spread the grated cheese and then add the remaining mixer over it
* Step 7
Cover and cook in low flame for about 15 min, flip over on a plate and then slide again in pan cover and cook 10 more min
* Step 8
Cut and serve with mayochep
