Mustard sauce chicken curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash chicken and marinate with all the 1st group, and keep for at least 30min
* Step 2
Slightly dry roast the sauce ingredients as paste with vinegar (if need add 1/2 tbs more) (don't add water)
* Step 3
Keep a pan, add oil, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, bay leaf fry until aroma comes
* Step 4
Now add onion paste, stir until brown, add tomato paste and simmer until oil separates
* Step 5
Add chicken pieces stir and cook in medium flame for 10min and add the mustard sauce, cover and continue to cook in low flame for 15 min
* Step 6
Now add 1/2 cup water and simmer in medium flame until chicken become tender
* Step 7
Add knob of butter and serve with iddly, sana, roti
