Peanut buttery chickroast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and marinate chicken with turmeric powder and salt

* Step 2

Dry roast all the ingredients 1string curry leaves, garlic and grind coarsely

* Step 3

In a pan add oil, and saute chicken in medium flame. Cover and cook, stir often for 15 min,

* Step 4

Now add ground masala, peanut butter and mix with chicken pieces

* Step 5

Sprinkle some water, cover and simmer in low flame until chicken get tender

* Step 6

Sprinkle curry leaves cover for 10min and serve hot
