Fennel egg puff

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add oil in a pan fry onion for 5min, now add all the other ingredients, fry until well cooked

* Step 2

Divide boiled eggs into two, sprinkle pepper powder on each portion

* Step 3

Dust flour on the table and spread the puff pastry, roll in square shape, and cut desire size. (The thickness should be medium)

* Step 4

Keep prepared masala in the centre and keep egg on the top.

* Step 5

Wet the edges and fold opposite sides

* Step 6

Give an egg wash, and keep it in preheated oven 180°c for 20 min

* Step 7

Serve hot with ketchup.
