Mango sabudana kheer

Ingredient

1 cup

Sabudana

1/2 cup

Sabja seed

1/4 cup

Sugar

500 ml

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the mangoes, scoop out pulp and grind as smooth paste

* Step 2

Soak sabudhana and sabja seed separately for 30min, boil milk in thick bottom pot and add soaked sabudhana and cook in medium flame until transparent. Stir often

* Step 3

Add sugar and cardamon powder. Remove the pot from stove, cover and keep for 10min

* Step 4

Now add mango pulp gradually and stir well.

* Step 5

Serve hot or cold
