Manglore Mango curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take deep pan add 1tsp oil, roast coconut, chilli, 11/2 tsp mustard, grind coarsely

* Step 2

Peel the skin of riped mangoes and keep.

* Step 3

Add oil in pan, add mango pulp, peeled mangoes, ground mixture, turmeric powder, chilli powder, jaggery, tamarind water, cover, let it simmer in medium flame, until thick consistency, add salt to taste

* Step 4

Now in a small pan add oil and temper with mustard seed and curry leaves, pour on the mango curry

* Step 5

Enjoy the sweet, sour delicious mango curry with rice or roti
