Duck pepper roast

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and marinate duck with turmeric powder and salt
* Step 2
In a pressure cooker place the duck, add pepper corn, bay leaf, cinnamon, salt, clove, add 1/2 cup water
* Step 3
Cook after the first whistle reduce flame and cook for 10 min
* Step 4
Once steam out, take the pieces, roll it on pepper powder and keep for 30min, keep the stock aside
* Step 5
Add oil in deep pan fry the pieces and keep it in separate plate
* Step 6
Take the stock, add chilli flakes, brown sugar, mix well
* Step 7
Take out the remaining oil, in the same pan add the stock, cook in high flame until thick
* Step 8
Now add roasted pieces and mix gently and add knob of butter
* Step 9
Duck pepper roast is ready to serve for Christmas dinner
