Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a deep pan take milk and coarsely crushed ginger and keep it over gas to boil till milk is just half in quantity.
* Step 2
When milk is half in quantity switch off the gas and strain it in other bowl and leave it to cool.
* Step 3
When it cools transfer this ginger milk in mixing jar, add condensed milk, anjeer paste and vanilla essence in it and mix well.
* Step 4
When it mix nicely transfer this slightly thick mixture in kulfi mold and keep this mold in deep freezer to set.
* Step 5
When it sets serve this popsicle as it is for more taste.
* Step 6
My Tip:
Carefully use ginger quantity otherwise it spoil the taste of kulfi.
