Soup e jo is Persian breakfast soup recipe which is very yummy, healthy and high fiber recipe.

Ingredient

45 to 50 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First nicely washed and cover the lid and soaked the barley for 6 to 8 hours
* Step 2
Bring 1/2 litre water to boil, add chopped onion and chicken pieces in this and cook
* Step 3
Now add soaked barley and rice and add cook for 10 to 15 minutes
* Step 4
Shreded the carrot and potato
* Step 5
Now add in cooking pot, and mix and cook
* Step 6
When carrot and potato 3/4 done, take out the chicken pieces, shredded this
* Step 7
Now add shredded chicken, chicken stock and salt and mix
* Step 8
Add black pepper powder,chopped spring onion and mix on low flame. Other side boil milk in other sauce pan
* Step 9
When it's boil add in chicken and vegetable pan, add olive oil and mix
* Step 10
Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook again for 5 to 8 minutes, stir inbetween cook till it thickens, add chopped correinder and mix.
* Step 11
Serve with lemon wedge,chopped parsley, spring onion and sprinkle some chilli flakes, pour olive oil over the top and serve.
