Penko, Chicken Cups and Scrambled Egg Salad is very healthy, nutritious and protien packed recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl take penko, cheddar cheese,
boiled and shreded chicken,
* Step 2
Add egg,
black pepper powder,salt,
* Step 3
Red chilli flakes,garlic powder,mixed herb mix all ingredientes and keep aside it
* Step 4
Grease a pan with olive oil and left whisk egg
* Step 5
When egg half done scrabble it and keep aside
* Step 6
Add cream cheese in a mixing bowl
* Step 7
Add mixed bell pepper and boiled corn
* Step 8
Black pepper powder, honey, salt or adjust according to taste
* Step 9
Red pepper sauce,boiled chicken mince now mix well
* Step 10
Add scrambled egg,roughly chopped almond,roughly chopped walnuts
* Step 11
Now, grease a baking tray with oil
* Step 12
And arrange the penko, chicken masala in it and make a well in the centre for filling
* Step 13
Now fill the cup with scrambled egg and chicken mince mixture
* Step 14
Keep some grated cheese over the top
* Step 15
Adjust the chopped olive,and some chopped walnuts over the top
* Step 16
Bake this on preheated oven at 180 to 190 degree for 20 to 25 minutes or till cup sets and cheese melt
* Step 17
When done leave it out and serve
