Yam and Methi ki kachori

I made this kachori with that ingredients which juniors are dislike but I used that's in my recipe because every vegetables are healthy and have a personal quality to make body healthy and strong.This is optional recipe can use in Breakfast,tiffin or use as a teatime snacks. #healthy junior

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First boil the yam in salty water when done,peel and mashed it and keep aside it.

* Step 2

Now boil water in bowl add chopped methi,after 2 min switch of gas and squeeze all water from it and keep aside it for next step.

* Step 3

Take fresh bread slice in mixer jar and grind it.

* Step 4

Now take a deep bowl to mixing masala and making dough,in this bowl add mashed yam,boiled methi,grind fresh bread,now add whole wheat flour,chopped green and red chilli flakes, sesame seeds,asafetida,salt and saunth powder,few drops oil,mix well and make a dough.

* Step 5

When dough prepare make lemon size round shape balls and now flat it with rolling pin and make kachori of it.do same with all.

* Step 6

Now heat oil the pan,drop one by one in this hot oil,cook till both side done.

* Step 7

When done serve hot with sauce and green chutney.
