Braised tofu with chives

chives

3 tablespoons

cooking oil

1 tablespoon

light soya sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the tofu into thick slices.

* Step 2

Cut the chives into inch length.

* Step 3

Heat up cooking oil in the frying pan with medium-high heat.

* Step 4

Browned the tofu.

* Step 5

Add chives. Saute.

* Step 6

Add light soya sauce. Saute.

* Step 7

Ready to serve.
